Nut Farms Nubians Nevada (4-04 85VV++) born 1/02, is a daughter of a goat I owned (Blizzard) that I got from a friend. Her sire is
a son of Foxwood Evana's littermate sister and a Foxwood buck, so it continues much of my breeding program. She is also a grandchild
of the buck Patron, my first herdsire. I sold Nevada a few years back, and bought her back during 2008.
(Nevada's pedigree) .
Goddard Farms Spinning Dinah 2*M (2/19/04)
picture at 6 months and as dry yearling
(LA 84 +VAV at 2-02 and LA 83+V++ at 04-03) pedigreeI have her sire in my a.i. tank and had no luck in 2004-so I cheated and bought one of his babies directly from the Goddards.
!
Sire:
CH. Split-Creek Spinning Top 89VEE and Dam: Goddard Farms Dominique 1*M-an Amberwood Frosty Baron daughter-two legs towards GCH status!)
She
has had at least twins every freshening, and earned her milking star in May of 2008.
Half-sister, GCH Goddard Farm Gretel 1*M, who is a Spinning Top daughter, was NUMBER ONE of the Nubian Top Ten Nubian milkers in 2004,
with 4494 lbs of milk!!!!
Dinah udder 2008-the one that earned the milking star!!
Beaver-Dam Spruzzo Farina
(2/18/05) daughter of Fey (the 3 legged amazing tiny one who was put down in 2006)
and Buckwheat (see buck
page) LA at age 3 was 82++++ (doesn't matter-she is here as a pet forever...)
Had BEAUTIFUL black spotted doeling with Shadow 3/2008
(named BlizzardToo-see junior doe page)-that I retained-always has beautiful kids.
I brought Farina to a ADGA show in Shelby summer of 2009 to assist in filling out a class-and she won FIRST in two rings showing against
about a dozen other four year olds. While her udder is not a LA ideal,
her breadth of body and style are excellent, IMHO, although
smallish overall.
